Located in Greenock, Reid McKellar Opticians have been part of the community since 1936.
The Brief
As well as managing the overall project, Creation Carpentry were responsible for the manufacture and installation of the bespoke joinery elements and display units within the store. Our goal was to create a modern, functional, and welcoming retail environment tailored to the client’s vision and operational needs.
The Plan
Once the quote was accepted by Reid McKellar we liaised with the rest of our fit-out team to formulate a plan to allow the fit-out to be undertaken with minimal disruption to the day-to-day running of the business.

The Build
From our workshop in Kirkintilloch we started the 3 week process of manufacturing the bespoke items which would be installed. This included liaising with our French Polishing team to ensure the finish was of the highest standard.
The Install
The install was completed in 12 working days, this included working alongside 8 other trades to achieve a swift and professional outcome.
